About HRRO

Herefordshire Reuse and Recycling Organisation (HRRO) is a volunteer led organisation with a primary mission to safeguard the environment by promoting and facilitating recycling and reuse.

Previously known as the Herefordshire Community Reuse and Recycling Group, we rebranded and relaunched in July 2024 to signify a new chapter with our new home in Rotherwas. Our efforts are dedicated to significantly reducing landfill waste while simultaneously providing support to those in need.

We take donations of unwanted used furniture, household items, clothing, toys etc and we make them available for reuse by the general public in our warehouse at deliberately affordable prices. Our secondhand furniture is offered at affordable prices to help Herefordshire people caught in the cost of living crisis to help address furniture poverty and discounted for those most in need and referred by our partners in Social Services etc.

We offer convenient out-of-town drop-offs across the county to help you donate to us and to reduce our carbon footprint. We also collect furniture at no cost to you.

Visit our events page to find the next scheduled drop-off near you!

We ensure items unsuitable for reuse are responsibly recycled, helping to reduce waste and support a greener, more sustainable future. Find out more on what we can recycle here
